With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Andrew Byars (Austin, Texas), who passed away on December 11, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Byars and Rhoda Lee Byars Kerr; his sister Pamela; his brother-in-law Charlie Baker; and his nephew Lance Ross.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Kara; his son-in-law Justin Hamby of Granger; his son Luke; his daughter-in-law Maddie Byars of Round Rock; his sister Marsha; his brother-in-law Donald Patton; and his grandchildren, Rylinn, Hadley Hamby, Justin Hamby, Jr. and Brigham Byars. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
