With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Frank Piper in Austin, Texas, born in West Plains, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 15, 2025 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Elaine Lagle Piper; his parents, Herbert Piper and Eva Piper; and his siblings, John Carlisle Piper and Patricia Ann Piper Bloodworth.
He is survived by: his son Paul Dee Piper; his daughter-in-law Dr. Silke Piper; and his grandson Jose'Eric Piper of Temple, Texas..
