He is survived by: his children, David Mills of New Berlin and Tracy; his son-in-law Travis Mussey of Dripping Springs; his siblings, Phyllis Stirling (Toots) of Butler, PA and Kenneth Mills (Butch) of West Chester, PA; and his great grandchildren, Mickey and Harley Mills. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
