He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Wayne. He is survived by: his mother Rose Ann Medford Parks of Clarksville; his children, Joshua of Florida, Jessica of Florida and Cameron of Florida; and his brother Paul Parks of Avery. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
