She is survived by: her grandchildren, Juanita Jude, Dana Perez, Tammy Lemley, Kayla Fisher, Ashley Perkins, Crystal Simmons, Daniel Simmons, Scott Huggins and Zachary Tackett. She is also survived by nineteen great-grandchildren; and fifteen great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
