Philip Stroman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Stroman of Avinger, Texas, born in Linden, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinous Ray Stroman and Vera Lee Stroman; and his brother Ray Stroman. He is survived by: his daughters, Vera Turney (Marcus) of Longview and Amy Snyder (Blake) of Texarkana, Texas.; his grandchildren, Langston Turney, Cohen Turney, Prescott Turney, Jackson Snyder and Natalee Snyder; the mother of his children Marsha Miller; his brothers, David Stroman, Billy Stroman and Sammy Stroman; and his friend Bobby Banks. He is also survived by his family, friends.
