She was predeceased by: her parents, Margie C. Spurgeon and Marlin O. Spurgeon; her significant other Henry Andrew Roden; and her brothers, Marlin Spurgeon Jr., Lester Spurgeon, Chester Spurgeon, Charles Spurgeon and James Spurgeon.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Bob Dodd; her children, Synjyn, Shelby, Dane and Bobbie; her brother Carl Wayne Spurgeon of Livingston, Texas; her son Marlin Joseph Roden; her daughter-in-law Jillian Roden; her grandsons, McKrae Decker (Bobbi Wilson) and Rance Roden; and her great grandchildren, Oliver and Rumer Decker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and countless friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Azleland Memorial Park (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
