He was predeceased by : his parents, Jack S. Bell and Alice M. Conley-Bell; and his brothers, Bert, Jack F. Bell and Jimmy Phipps.
He is survived by : his wife Donna Bell; his daughters, Andrea DeLack (Earl), Becky Bell and Allison Price (Colby); his grandchildren, Carter Cherry, Hannah DeLack, Rebecca DeLack and Owen DeLack; and his brothers, Don Bell and Jerry Bell.
