He is survived by: his wife Jerry Kay Bales Ludwick; his daughters, Debbie Kay Ludwick and Teresa Ann Ludwick Haney (Dennis Raymond Haney); his grandchildren, Jonathan Christopher McDonald (Andrea) and Kayla Renee Haney (Ithiel); his great grandchildren, Harley Roman McDonald and Corbin Isaac McDonald; and his brother Bobby Ludwick (Pat).
