He is survived by: his parents, Todd Christen Hart (Lesley) and Jamie Diane Tillery-Hise; his father-in-law Scott; his siblings, Andrew Hart and Hailee Hise; and his grandparents, James, Diana Brewer, Richard and Patty Hart. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
