He is survived by: his wife Heather Smith; his daughter Lyla Smith; his grandmother Anna Smith; his siblings, Charity Decosta (Bud), Brice Smith (Marti), Brian Smith, Brandon Smith (Jackie) and Blaine Smith; and his nephews, Skyler Purcell, Braden Smith and Joseph Rowe.
