She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Dorsett and Elsie Dorsett; and her sister June Baker. She is survived by: her husband James "Shorty" Weems; her children, Damien Raines (Shelley) and Lorrie Ellis (TJ); her grandchildren, Taylor, Jason Sanders, Kristin, Garrett Bowling, Haley Raines, Blake Raines, Riley Raines, Destiny Stranger, Matt Mason and Dustin Kamp; and her brother Boyd Dorsett. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Azleland Cemetery & Memorial Park (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
