He is survived by: his wife Jewell Bartley; his children, Alicia DeVon (Rich), Terri Dugger and Dewayne Dugger (Patrice); and his grandsons, Blake (Bekah) and Jeremy (Rose). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren; plus numerous cousins.
