He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his son Jerry Jr. (Crystal); his stepdaughter Amanda; his granddaughter Angela (Josue); and his great grandchild Leila. He is also survived by his children, granddaughter, and great-granddaughter.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
