She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold G. Franks and Oline Franks; her husband Earnest Ray Jackson, Jr.; and her brother Kyle Franks. She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her son-in-law Paul Twomey; her daughter Lori; her son-in-law Timothy Ehmke; and her brother Kerry Franks (Pat). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mangum Chapel (420 San Augustine St, Center, TX 75935). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 1:30 PM.
