He is survived by: his children, Matthew and DJ; his children-in-law, Harper (Nicole) and Brandon; his grandsons, Jeremiah, Kayson and Dawson; his siblings, Mary, Mark, Lisa (Clifton) and Michael (Leah); his nieces, Lindsey (Kevin), Katie (Nathan) and Sara (Kevin); his nephew Zackary; his great-uncle Matt; his former wife Yolanda; LeAnn.
