She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Gilley; her parents, Virgil Ray Pruitt and Roberta Faye Pruitt (Boo); her brother Larry Pruitt; and her son-in-law Tom "Buck" Rogers.
She is survived by: her children, Kirk Young (Paula Young), Kim Young Vaughan (David Vaughan) and Kella Gilley Rippy Rogers; her grandchildren, Ryon Rippy, Jeremy Young, Krystin Rippy, Kiefer Young and Kyler Young; her sister Mikell Robinson; and her family Sherrell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
