He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Waters and Laura Waters; his sisters, Virginia Brandt and Janine Hubner; and his daughter Shelley Waters.
He is survived by: his brother Delmer Waters; and his children, Stephen Waters (Lenna) and Diane Salinas (Chris). He is also survived by two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members and dear friends.
