She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Eugene Hunter and Lola Jean McCamey-Hunter; her brothers, Calvin Eugene Hunter, Jr. and Nathan Hunter; and her pet Larry Dowdy.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Mayo (Charlotte), Adam Mayo (Jasmine) and Dylan Mayo.
