Smith and Cynthia Stubblefield Velazquez; his stepparents, Melissia and Tony; his grandfather John Smith (Marilyn); his daughters, Haven Gambaro, Mariyah Smith and Miyah Smith; his siblings, Jarrod Smith (Autumn), Jantzen Smith, Michael Williams, Amanda Gnazzo (Bobby), Stephanie McDonald (Brandon) and Makayla Smith; and his significant other Mauricia Dickenson. He is also survived by four nephews; three nieces, including many aunts, uncles and cousins.
