She is survived by : her children, Craig Lee Campbell of Lincoln, Arkansas, Kevin Lance Campbell (Stacie Mishelle) of Boise, Idaho, Shauna Len Campbell of Borger, Texas and Thorne Templeton Campbell (Julie Ann) of San Angelo; her brother Jerry Len Eoff (Shirley Lalla) of San Angelo; her grandchildren, Madalyn Marie Campbell, Katharine Beckwith Campbell, Wyatt Templeton Campbell, Hanne Marie Campbell, Cade Holden Campbell and Tess Alexandra Campbell; and her caregivers, Andrea Leon, Cindy and Christina.
