He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Newton Hallmark and Minnie Peel Hallmark; his wife Nancy Lou Clayton; and his siblings, Alice, Willie, Thelma, Novalene, Claudine, Mae, Wilma, Mildred, Gladys, Herman and Clarence.
He is survived by: his sister Billie Holland; his children, Dade Hallmark (Jackie) and Tammy Torres (David); his grandchildren, Eva Torres (Roque), Reese Hallmark (Rayven), David Torres Jr. and John David Torres; and his great grandchildren, Aurora Muna, Ava Muna and Hudson Hallmark.
