He was predeceased by : his father Gerald Wadsworth; his stepfather Doug Wadsworth; and his pet Duke. He is survived by : his mother Dorothy Wadsworth (Workman) of Ballinger; his son David Dismore (DJ) of San Angelo; and his brother Mike Dismore (Lisa) of Goldsboro.
