He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hartman Sr. and Bonnie Ruth Hartman (Powell). He is survived by: his children, Alaina Blend (Neil) and Clayton Halfmann; his brother Roy Hartman (Donna); his grandchildren, Melody Thomas and Paxton Halfmann; and his great grandchild Charlotte Thomas. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
