It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Joyce Tyler of Bandera, Texas, who passed away on May 17, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Prentice "Ralph" Parker; and her sisters, Brenda Sue Cobbs and Mary Eliabeth King. She is survived by: her mother Alta Joyce Parker; her siblings, Phyllis Kay Parker Dixon, Marilyn Francis Parker Everington and Prentice Alan "Sonny" Parker; her children, Donald Ray Franklin and Karen Michelle Heidenreich (Justin Heidenreich); and her grandchildren, Rebecca Danielle Clevinger, Halee Ray Harring and Wyatt James Franklin.
