He is survived by : his wife Sarah Baker of Bandera, TX.; his children, Benjamin Campos, Richard "Lee" Sweeney and Nicole L Nelson; his grandchildren, Alice, Scarlett and Morgan Nelson; and his siblings, Donna Sweet (Matt) of Hudson, NY, Valerie Acklin of Rensselaer, NY, Roy Acklin (Janice) of Lanesboro, MA, Ricky Acklin (Sharon) of Loveland, OH, Donald Acklin Jr. of Hudson and Candace Lansing (Harold) of Hudson, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
