He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Sullivan and Chestal Sullivan of Bardwell, Texas.; and his sister Judith Sullivan Clay. He is survived by: his wife Terry; and his sisters, Jan, Rebecca, Sarah and Susan. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
