He is survived by: his wife Rosie Ortiz; his granddaughter Angelina Ortiz; and his brothers, Adrian (Celia Ortiz), Lee Ortiz Jr. and Erasmo Ortiz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
