He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Pavelka and Valeria Holubec Pavelka. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kordes; and his siblings, John G. Pavelka (Angie), Timothy Pavelka (JoAnn), Dorothy Stefek (George) and Martha Pavelka. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
