He was predeceased by: his brothers, Anthony McConnell and Kevin Selvera; and his grandparents, George, Thelma Cook and Guadalupe Cermeno.
He is survived by: his parents, Sylvia Hammar and George Cook; his wife Nena Cook; his children, Tyler Cook, Veida Alvarez, Payton Cook (Pierce Drake), Diego Alvarez, Taylor Cook and Madison Cook; his grandson Carter Drake; and his siblings, Keith Selvera, George Cook (Courtney), Kevin Lee (Tanisha), Jennifer Green (Brent) and Angela Schmitt (Bill). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been set up to help support Tim's family.
