He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest Davis, Arletha Davis and Floyd Fields. He is survived by: his parents, Quintin Davis and Cyndi Davis (Fields) of Iowa; and his grandmother Mary Jane Fields. He is also survived by his siblings.
