She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Marcus McDowell Sr. and Virginia Ruth Boettner; her husband James Hull; her in-laws, Emer and Ruth Hull; her siblings-in-law, David and Joyce Huil; and her niece Morgan Elizabeth McDowell.
She is survived by: her children, Tena Williams, Nanette Frasier (Miles), Kevin, Heather Tyler and Charlie Akin; her grandchildren, Brooke Collinsworth (H. J.), Brittany Moyer (Colton), Isaiah, Hannah, Abigail, Esther Frasier, Benjamin Rizk, Elias Rizk and Katelynn Bain; her great grandchildren, Zion, Zoe, Grace, Arrowynn, Leah, Travis, Korbin and Teagen; her brother Marc McDowell; her sister-in-law Melva; and her niece Joelle Lively.
