She was predeceased by: her parents, Frenchie Arline and Alma Arline; her daughter Trenecia Wilson; and her sister Annie White. She is survived by: her husband Reverend Elvert Charles Hunter; her children, Julian Wilson, Charneace Hunter-Burse (Milton) and Anthony Hunter; her grandchildren, Eli Wade, Bryce Durden, Adilynn Lopez, Anthony Lopez, Jayden Lopez and Zariah Moore-Lopez; her godchildren, Samone Collins, Kya Tarver and Quinita Williams; her sisters, Lorene Cooper, Velma Williams and Carolyn Arline; and her brother-in-law Reverend Daniel White. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elgin Funeral Home (712 N Avenue C, Elgin, TX 78621). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Celebration Community Church (287 FM 20, Bastrop, TX 78602). A committal service was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Colorado Chapel Cemetery.
