He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Nicole Thomas (Chad Washenfelder) of Breckenridge, Colorado; his sister Monica Thomas Lower (Fritz) of Versailles, Kentucky; his uncle Wayne C. Becker (Anita) of Concord, California; Jessica and Mary Leffelman (Stan) of Hampshire, Illinois.
