He was predeceased by: his mother Shelia Mae Clonce; and his daughter Melissa Hall. He is survived by: his father Robert Hall Jr.; his wife Rachael G. Hall; his children, Tiffany Allman and Randy Hall (Patricia); and his siblings, Donna Minks (Rick), Robert Hall (Ruth) and Donald Hall (Kathy). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and lots of nieces and nephews.
There will be an account set up at First National Bank of Bastrop as a memorial fund in his name to assist with any other final expenses and bills.
