He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Jackson-Kirby; his son Stanley Kirby; his parents, Ray C. Kirby Sr. and Annie Bell McMarion; his stepfather James E. McMarion; and his sister Bertha McMarion.
He is survived by: his sisters, Annie, Catherine, Christine, Angel Thomas (Daniel), Gladys, Gussie and Hope Aldridge (Harrison). He is also survived by his grandchildren; and a large circle of nieces and nephews.
