He was predeceased by: his parents, George Samuel Parker Crenshaw and Nettie Adele Nedbalek Crenshaw. He is survived by: his wife Shelley Forrester Crenshaw; his daughter Reanna K. Berry; his stepdaughters, Kendall Grace Yañez (Gerardo Fernando Yañez) and Darci Beth Fisher (Vincent C. K. Pang); his grandchildren, Alexis Renee Berry, Damon Ross Berry, Alicia Denise Berry, Alayna Lynn Berry, Emma Grace Yañez, Isabella Faith Yañez and Miles Fisher Pang; his great grandchildren, Ariyah Serai Gardner-Perry, Odin Donald Gardner-Perry, Dominic Alijah Berry and Alivia Alejandra Hernandez; and his brother Harrison Manly Crenshaw (Gayna Crenshaw).
