He is survived by: his wife Tammy Blaylock; his children, Duane Dollison, Lawrence Blaylock, Ronnie Rountree, Tonya Michelle Hill and Tamara Rachele Rountree; his siblings, Jim Childers, Kelly Burns and Doris McCloud; his daughter-in-law Miranda; his grandchildren, Brody, Lorelai, Codie, Briana, Jason, Chase, Gabrielle, Matera, Railee, MacKenzley, Remitynn, Parklynn, Kaisen, Axel, Lexi, Karsyn and Kolter; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Moor and Otis Caruthers. He is also survived by his family, friends.
