He is survived by: his wife Linda Renee Welch; his children, Richard Eugene Welch, Joshua Ray Welch (Jennifer Rose) and Jaime Chrystal Noel (Adam); his godson JP Ellis; his siblings, Raymond L Welch (Denise), Luther Welch (Katrina), Erric Welch and Teresa Newton; his grandchildren, Dustin Eugene Welch, David Michael Welch, Stormi Rae'Welch, Joshua Ray Welch Jr., Austin Alan Douglas, Trevor Dean Douglas and AJ Noel; and his great grandchildren, Elivia Reese Lyles and Dawson Eugene Welch.
