He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson (Alva Lucille Fregia) and Alva Lucille; his brothers, Travis and Bobby; his children, Marcus Wayne and Terri Lynn; his grandson Zachariah Chance; and his great grandchild Jasper Wyatt.

He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Carmen Fregia, Bridgette Wright (Bill) and Billy Fregia; and his siblings, Rockey (Roxi), Wilson Jr. (Barbara), Michael (Linda) and Lora Dean Ellis.
