He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Leon and Norris Leon; and his brother Wilton Leon. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Leon; his sons, Richard Leon Sr. (Becky), Roy Leon III and Douglas Leon (Vanessa); and his grandchildren, TJ Gonzalez, Douglas Leon Jr., Richard Dale Leon Jr., Coby Dale Leon, Ashley Ketchum, Logan Leon, Shyanne Pina and Jessica Crocker. He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.
