He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Warren Chamberlain and Mary Ellen Lambremont Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Hill Chamberlain; his son Patrick Taylor Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Bennett Austin Welch and Tatum Brooks Chamberlain; and his siblings, Michael Chamberlain, Chad Chamberlain (Andrea), Laurie Ganshirt (Scott) and Keri Dillard (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
