He was predeceased by: his parents, Inocencio Cerino Salinas and Encarnacion Lopez; and his siblings, Guadalupe Ortiz, Rodolfo Salinas Sr. and Frank Salinas.
He is survived by: his wife Alma Coy Salinas; his children, Jamie Salinas (Lisa), David Salinas and Miranda Garcia (Abraham); and his grandchildren, Bianca Salinas, Drake Salinas, Kristen Gibbons, Lauren Garcia and Angelina Garcia. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Earthman Baytown Funeral Home (3919 Garth Rd, Baytown, TX 77521). A rosary was held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1134 Beech St, Baytown, TX 77520).
