We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 82, Ines Martinez in Baytown, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Patricio Martinez Rivera and Juana Martinez; her husband Odilon Contreras; her sister Irma Martinez; and her daughter Silvia Cervantes.

She is survived by : her children, Martha P. Ortiz, Lucila Contreras, Marina Johns, Alejandra Contreras, Joel Contreras Martinez and Roman Contreras Martinez; and her siblings, Matilde Martinez, Luisa Martinez, Arnulfo Martinez, Cirilo Martinez and Jesus Martinez. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the San Jacinto Funeral Home (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015). A rosary was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the San Jacinto Memorial Park (14659 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77015).
