She was predeceased by: her mother Christine Neel; her brother Eddie Neel; her husband Lee Kelly; and the father of her children Dr. Ronald Roberts. She is survived by: her father Robert Neel; her daughters, Kristy Havard (Trent) and Amy Keenum-Potts (Harry); her grandchildren, Alayna Roberts, Kaeleb Havard, Boston Keenum, Adrian Keenum, Richard Potts, John Heald and Donnie Keenum; her sister-in-law Marijo Neel Dean (Nathan); her nephews, Scott Neel, Eric Neel (Susan) and J. R. Neel (Jessica); and her siblings-in-law, James Kelly Jr. (Brenda) and Sharyn Richardson (Jon).
In lieu of or in addition to colorful flowers, donations in her memory may be made to Mosaic in Action, Houston Food Bank, the Peter Hyland Center, the Palliative Care Unit at MD Anderson Cancer Center, or to an organization committed to lifting those in need, a cause that defined her life.
