He is survived by: the mother of his children Herlin Terry of Baytown, Texas; his children, Laka, Patricia David of Baytown, Texas, Conlin and Beau David of Baytown, Texas; and his siblings, Linda Morvant (Berney), Rita David of Milton, Debi Saltzman (James) of Kaplan, Louisiana and Eric David (Anne) of Goodlettsville. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
