With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsy Carolyn Chapman of Baytown, Texas, born in Forsan, Texas, who passed away on November 30, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Thomas Hale and Mary Esther Hall; her husband Don Chapman; and her siblings, Boyce Hale, Betsy Ruth Watson, Crockett Hale, Charlie Thomas Hale and Barbara Ann Blissard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Chapman Davis (Kenneth Davis) of Baytown and Barbara Diane Grefer (Jim Grefer) of Florence; her child-in-law Thomas Mulkey; and her grandchildren, Marcus Mulkey, Joel Mulkey (Leslie), David Jackson, Andrea Radank and Chelsea Hendrixson (Tod). She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
