He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack W. Moffett and Bessie W. Turner; and his brothers, Pat N. Moffett and Ronnie M. Moffett. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Moffett; his children, Tina Moffett, Tim Faubion, Teri Blackburn, Shelly Stevens (Travis), Mandy Moffett and Laura Mitcham (Paul); his aunt Betty Gay Moody; and his pet Gunner. He is also survived by 12 grandkids, 7 great grandkids, 3 nephews, 2 nieces, their spouses, and numerous other family members.
