He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie Phillips Horn and William Asa Horn; his wife Joyce Horn; and his brother William Horn. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Montagne (Ray) of Orange and Carole Calvert (Frank) of Beaumont; his granddaughter Lindsey Keegan; his daughters, Kristy Erwin (Ryan), Cortney Miller (Drew) and Kimberly Calvert; his great grandchildren, Andy, Will Rutledge, Gage and Gentry Erwin; and his sister Sara Sheffield of Woodville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
