He is survived by: his wife Trudee Swain Markham; his children, Therese Markham, Joe Markham (Amy Elswick), Boyce Markham (Jessica), Tina Woodard (Heath), Cara Westbury (Ryan) and Glenda Cable; his sister Cindy French; his siblings-in-law, David Swain (Brenda), Curtis Swain, Patrick Swain (Donna) and Patty Markham; and his grandchildren, Allen Hogan (Melinda), McKenzie Westbury, Madelyn Westbury, Miranda Markham and Wyatt Markham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
